stressWe use many different techniques in an all-around approach to stress reduction.

Hypnosis reduces stress without even targeting specific issues.  The feeling of letting go of tension and worry, even for just a short period of time, teaches your body how to relax when triggers arise.

Self Hypnosis is a tool that we teach our clients to reinforce the sessions at home.

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is a method of tapping on acupressure points to release blockages of energy that hold the negative feelings.  People report feeling relaxed after doing the tapping as the energy releases.

Essential Oils are created using steam-distillation of plants and flowers.  The oils we use are Pure, Organic Essential Oils used through application to the body, inhaling them, or ingesting them for relief of emotional and physical stressors.

Applied Kinesiology, muscle testing, uses the muscles of the body to relay information about conditions present.  Using the Chinese Meridian methodology, the acupressure points are stimulated to release stress both physically and emotionally.
